Creative Travel Designer & Manager
This position is a challenging and high pressure position that requires a passionate creative thinker, a meticulous planner, an excellent negotiator, resourcefulness and an entrepreneurial person. The hardworking team at Saffara is small and well suited to taking care of the needs of our very discerning and busy clientele and this person will be working within this team. The person will be tasked with sourcing supplier rates, and then creating travel products to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel world wide. In brief, their main duties will be as follows:
1. They will be required to liaise with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to have their annual contract rates with us, often one year in advance
2. The person will also monitor and keep abreast of hotel & airline offers to incorporate into client travel & holidays
2. They will respond with exciting holiday quotes to customer enquiries and aim to meet their expectations
3. They will develop domestic and international travel plans and suggest interesting travel routes or places of interest for onward selling to clientele
4. They will designing flexible tour plans to meet the needs of different clientele

Tours Associate
The tours' team at Saffara are at the core of our leisure travel business. They are creative thinkers, able to translate a client's dream into the reality of an amazing holiday! We are looking for someone who can ask the right questions and then create travel options that will wow our clients. We are interested in someone who has been in the industry for at least 5 years and is experienced in booking unique holiday experiences for the discerning traveller. Most importantly, the person must be interested in current affairs and should be well versed on current events, trends and happenings around the world and can then translate these into exciting vacations and escapades for our clients.

We are looking for a Travel Associate to handle travel bookings for savvy business travellers. Saffara is a Travel and Destination Company that is primed to handle the discerning frequent traveller who often has complicated travel itineraries, travel amendments, cancellations, and schedule changes in response to their constant changing business needs.
As the Travel associate, you will provide top-notch customer care to all your assigned clientele. You will work round the clock making airline reservations on Amadeus and or Galileo. You will also book hotel accommodation, car hire, transfers and anything that the traveller needs to get to their business meetings in comfort and on time. You will talk to customers over the telephone and by email as business travel arrangements are often last minute and need to be done ASAP. You will usually work with a set number of clients (or different businesses) and will build relationships with these individuals/companies and understand what their usual travel requirements are. You will often handle more complex airfares and accommodation in premium hotels.
