They provided 24 hour Customer support, quick turn around and online check-in to our favourite seats. They were also available to meet with the group of 10 executives prior to travel to appraise them of the nitty-gritty of the journey and what to expect before, during and after.

You will be pleased to know that my family and I had a fantastic time at Sweetwaters.
Everything was impeccably organised and our driver, Dixon, was fantastic – he was friendly, easy-going and very accommodating. We were delighted with Sweetwaters and the attention of the staff and management there – it was a welcoming, unpretentious place with a beautiful set up. On Christmas Day we were greeted by a herd of elephants playing in the watering hole in front of our tent, and we all agreed it was our most memorable Christmas to date!
So thank you so much for all your help in organizing our trip. We really appreciate all your efforts in making sure everything ran smoothly. There really are no ‘downs’ to report, only ‘ups’!!
