                                                            Our Requirements 

1.  That the agreed upon fee for the prepared holidays are added onto the conference fee.

2.  That the Conference provides us with a contact from the conference organizers, solely dedicated to our partnership.

3.  That delegates are offered the holiday options together with the conference offering to make an informed choice.

4.  That a deadline to book the holiday is given to match that of the conference deadline.

5.  That full payment is made for all the holidays’ booked, 2 days after the deadline.  This will allow us to meticulously prepare the holidays, well ahead of the conference.
